Obesity is the condition of excessive fat accumulation in the body. Obesity was once considered a disease of wealthy nations. However, today it affects people in almost every country. It has become a Global cause of concern in the last decade.
Our body needs energy for performing activities. We get this energy in form of calories from the food we eat. All foods contain calories, although level of calories may vary depending upon the type of food we eat.
